From the 4th October the traffic light system was replaced with a 2-tier approach, with countries either being red list or non-red list. Vaccinated arrivals from non-red list countries after the 24 th October only require a Day 2 Lateral Flow Antigen test and no pre-return tests. Non-vaccinated arrivals from non-red list countries will continue to require a pre-arrival lateral flow test and a Day 2 and Day 8 PCR.

For Randox tests, if using a Randox Drop Box Location, and ensuring sample is placed within the Drop box before the drop box closure each day, you will receive your results next day up to pm. If you are using an alternative courier such as DX, Royal Mail, or any other courier chosen by you, you will receive your result within 24 hours of sample being received at the testing company's laboratory.
